**About the Position**
Morgotch Law has an opportunity for a **Part Time Legal Administrative Assistant** to be a valued part of the team by providing a full range of administrative support to the assignments in a timely and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**

**Office and Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Input, revise, proofread, and redline documents
- Maintain a highly organized, efficient, and logical filing system of all documents for
working and archival purposes
- Assemble and file documents electronically
- Maintain client files and contact information
- Order and maintain office supplies and materials

**Client and Customer Service**:

- Greets clients as the face of the business, ensuring a high level of service,
professionalism and friendliness
- Process payment requests, and coordinate the client billing process
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirement**:

- 3 years of hands-on experience in an administrative role
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED required. Administrative training certificate or
diploma preferred
- Strong commitment to client service, successfully working with a wide range of people
from diverse backgrounds to achieve “win-win” outcomes, including maintaining a high
level of strict confidentiality
- Ability to work with and take direction from others, as well as the ability to work
independently
- Good planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Excellent administrative/secretarial and proofreading skills
- Cooperation and the ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to problem solve and use sound judgment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Word -Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Must be bondable
