Job Summary

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their regional services team in a permanent part-time position. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing receptionist duties, assisting clients with general information, and directing clients to appropriate specialists and agencies. You will also type correspondence and other documents as required. In addition to performing general office duties, you will receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; coordinate outgoing mail; and perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Services Representative. The successful candidate will be a strong team player and a self-starter with strong computer skills to create accurate, visually-pleasing documents using a variety of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. They will be familiar with and effective at implementing office management practices and procedures. They will require the ability to prioritize and accurately complete multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide receptionist duties and assist clients with general information

Requirements
