Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our regional services team in a permanent part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide receptionist duties and assist clients with general information
  • Direct clients to appropriate specialists and agencies
  • Type correspondence and other documents as required
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; coordinate outgoing mail
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Services Representative
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills to create accurate and visually pleasing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with and effective implementation of office management practices and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and accurately complete multiple tasks
  • Strong team player and self-starter with a reputation for integrity and a focus on service excellence and innovation
Working Conditions:

A - SGEU Office 36, one day off every two weeks
