Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist will provide assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. This role involves researching and implementing solutions, providing advice and training, and maintaining a problems and solutions log. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, including networking hardware, security, and software. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
- Research and implement solutions to technical issues
- Provide advice and training to users on computer systems and software
- Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues
- 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, including networking hardware, security, and software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
