About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive growth and expansion.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
