The successful candidate will report to the Regional Vice President and General Manager, and will be responsible for:

  • Working strategically with the leadership team to implement business plan objectives and provide regular reporting
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures to maintain effective operations
  • Promoting AAR's mission, vision, and values to maintain a strong culture and ensure success
  • Leading a team by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, developing, and appraising job results
  • Building strong relationships with customers and regulatory agencies
  • Collaborating with divisional managers to achieve common goals
  • Reviewing and reporting on facility budget with the leadership team
  • Participating in AAR Windsor's Safety Management System, including reporting safety hazards and incidents
