**Job Title:** Vice President Operations

**Job Description:**
The Vice President Operations will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the facility, overseeing departments, and driving strategic growth. This role will require a strong leader who can:
- Work strategically with the leadership team to implement business plan objectives and provide regular reporting.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to maintain facility operations.
- Promote AAR's mission, vision, and values to maintain a strong culture.
- Lead teams by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, developing, and appraising job results.
- Build strong relationships with customers and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with divisional managers to drive growth and improvement.
- Work with the leadership team to review and report on facility budget.
- Participate in AAR's Safety Management System (SMS) and promote the company safety policy.
