About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at HM Tax Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to administrative staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Conduct regular reviews of administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
