Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at LIWAN INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY LTD. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Administrative Services: Oversee the coordination of administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Managing Department Operations: Manage the operations of the administrative services department, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Financial Management: Collect and record administrative and service fees, plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, manage knowledge, and assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
- Event Management: Manage events, supervise office and volunteer staff, plan and control budget and expenditures, and lead/instruct groups.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, work with minimal supervision, arrange training for staff, and provide customer service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
- Language: English
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics, time management, initiative, client focus, interpersonal awareness, ability to multitask
