About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Expressluv Services Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Evaluate the operations of our administrative services department to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Manage the operations of our administrative services department, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets for our administrative services department.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of our administrative services department.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within our organization.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff to ensure they are equipped to handle the demands of the role.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Manage knowledge and ensure that our staff have access to the information they need to perform their duties.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our administrative services department has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of our staff and identify areas for improvement.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish objectives for our organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a management or administrative role.
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, and clients.
  • Organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Criminal record check and a driver's validity license check.
