Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Seth Commercial Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional food service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Efficient Kitchen Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet kitchen schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation and service.
Lead and Motivate Kitchen StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Ensure Quality Control and Food SafetyMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain Accurate RecordsKeep detailed records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for kitchen operations and management.
Support Senior Kitchen StaffPrepare food order summaries for senior kitchen staff, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Supervise Food Preparation and ServiceOversee the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
