Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Team Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
