About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at Ameen's Kitchen. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that we are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our business is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
