Human Resources Manager

The Corporate Human Resources Manager - Fluids will be a strategic partner who will deliver exceptional service to the Fluids Business Unit. This role requires a true generalist who can design, implement, and administer policies and procedures related to all phases of Human Resources activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze HR and safety metrics to inform business decisions.
- Ensure all HR and safety apps are updated correctly and on-time to maintain compliance.
- Recruit and onboard corporate staff, and assist plants as needed.
- Develop and update job descriptions as required to reflect changing business needs.
- Assist with immigration and relocation, performance appraisal tracking, and training for corporate and plants.
- Liaise with governmental bodies and legal community to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Manage and track employee headcount/manning reports, and perform administrative duties as assigned.
- College degree in Human Resources Management or similar field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience in the manufacturing industry, with 3 years at manager level.
- CHRL/CHRP designation an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, workplace legislation, and employment law.
