Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Ontario INC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, manage the classification and rating of occupations, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including responding to employee questions and complaints, and liaising with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
- Training and Development: Plan, develop, and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the success of the team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Competitive Salary: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 per year.
