Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Ontario INC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct analysis of employee data to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
