Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Ontario INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance management and employee development planning.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and maintain employee communications, including company-wide announcements and newsletters.
- Manage HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and time-off tracking.
- Provide data and insights to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
