Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Ontario INC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure that the right candidates are hired for the right roles.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee data and information, including payroll, benefits, and time-off.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news and updates.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
