Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Island Crisis Care Society, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the management, oversight, and day-to-day operations of ICCS's human resources functions and supervision. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of ICCS's human resources functions and supervision.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
