Job Summary
MNP is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Capital Assistant to join our Regional Human Capital team on Vancouver Island. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in campus recruitment and engagement initiatives, support the administration of human capital activities, and contribute to the ongoing management of the recruitment database.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campus recruitment and engagement initiatives, including interview processes and event planning.
- Support the administration of human capital activities, including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment, and performance management.
- Contribute to the ongoing management of the recruitment database, including posting jobs, updating postings, and managing candidates.
- Utilize acquisition and social media platforms to build a talent pool.
- Administer onboarding logistics and maintain employee data records.
- Coordinate the facilitation of learning and development programs.
- Prepare and review templates, letters, reports, and other correspondence.
- Serve as a link between leadership and team members, managing inquiries and employee relations.
- Support and implement firm policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely filing of human resource correspondence and office records.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in human resource management.
- 1-2 years of HR experience is considered an asset.
