Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the Ladders' team, responsible for the management, oversight, and day-to-day operations of the company's human resources functions and supervision. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of the organization by providing strategic HR guidance and support to the Director of People, Culture & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of People, Culture & Engagement to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
