Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager plays a critical role in driving business success by overseeing the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives. Reporting to the Director of People, Culture & Engagement, this key position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ICCS's human resources functions and supervising a team of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Design and deliver employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and productivity
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
