Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Veterinary Sales Leader to drive sales success, explore new markets, and strengthen Dispomed's position as a key player in the veterinary industry.

This role requires an inspiring leader with a passion for selling specialized equipment, who can manage, supervise, and support a team of 10 collaborators across Canada and Europe.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle of technical and specialized equipment.
  • Actively engage in the field, accompanying team members during business trips and conferences to enhance their performance.
  • Strengthen existing territories while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate the launch of new products.
  • Develop prospecting, client retention, and relationship-building strategies.

Requirements

  • University degree in administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of significant experience managing sales teams.
  • Advanced bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in selling technical and/or medical equipment (an asset).

What You Need to Succeed

  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Frequent travel across Canada and internationally.
  • Weekly presence at the office for management committee meetings.
  • Hybrid work schedule (1 to 2 days per week onsite at the head office).
