Dispomed ltée, a renowned Quebec-based company, is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our team of 10 collaborators across Canada and Europe.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a results-driven professional with extensive experience in managing sales teams, both nationally and internationally, who can drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in negotiating, analysis, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, and support the sales and customer experience team.
  • Ensure proficiency in the complete sales cycle of technical and specialized equipment.
  • Actively engage in the field, accompanying team members during business trips and conferences to enhance their performance.
  • Strengthen existing territories while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate the launch of new products.
  • Develop prospecting, client retention, and relationship-building strategies while maintaining Dispomed's brand image.

Requirements:

  • University degree in administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of significant experience managing sales teams, either remotely or in the field.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support and inspire the team in the field.
  • Advanced bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel across Canada and internationally (at least once a month).
  • Weekly presence at the office for management committee meetings.
  • Hybrid work schedule (1 to 2 days per week onsite at the head office).
