Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu planning strategies to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supervise specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
