Lead Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced culinary professional and inspiring leader who is looking for a rewarding hospitality career with opportunities for advancement.
About the RoleThis key position provides operational + kitchen management excellence in a high-volume business, requiring a proven desire to strive for continuous culinary innovation. As a member of our small, interdependent management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional standards while achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:- Reporting to The Executive Chef, you will oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.
- You will lead by example, actively managing the team and resolving issues that may arise.
- Maintain a strong focus on achieving and/or exceeding revenue targets within acceptable labor cost and service standard parameters.
- Monitor and manage service, quality, health + safety, and cleanliness.
- 3-5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a fine or casual dining environment.
- Demonstrated awareness of and interest in current culinary trends in the marketplace.
- Operations management experience in a high-volume establishment with significant evening and catering/special events business.
- Experienced trainer and mentor to large staff teams.
- Patient, tactful, and diplomatic leadership skills to guide a diverse team of industry professionals.
