Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Support Coordinator to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions. This is a full-time, permanent role that involves providing administrative support and financial administration to the Public Relations department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative tasks including filing and organizing documents, managing phone and email communications, and compiling data for reporting purposes.
  • Manage financial administration duties such as budgeting, forecasting, expense reconciliations, and submissions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial dashboards.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Basic financial and business administration knowledge.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel to track financial data.
  • Bilingualism in English and French would be a strong asset.
Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
