About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JOSAN FOOD INC. as a Team Lead. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 staff members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets and customer service standards.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and payroll administration.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members to help them improve their performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
