Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive reputation for our store.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Merchandise and Sales: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
  • Work Setting: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems and able to learn new technology quickly.
