About the Position
The HVAC Sales Representative will be responsible for managing their respective projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role will involve a mix of Inside and Outside Sales duties, requiring strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a desire to learn. Key responsibilities include negotiating and landing work, providing design assistance to engineers, reviewing purchase orders and bid documents to optimize profitability, and managing and processing Change Orders and Site Instructions.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrated leadership abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivation, creativity, and resourcefulness are essential, as well as a strong work ethic guided by personal integrity and mutual respect.
