We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and excellent customer service.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
