Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Financial Services Manager to join our Client Relationship Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier financial advice and solutions to individual clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and client acquisition, with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. They will also have a strong understanding of risk assessments, financial analyses, and credit structuring/solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Apply business development experience for prospecting and lead generation to new and existing clients.
  2. Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice within a Client Relationship Team model.
  3. Collaborate and coordinate with expert advisors to create and execute a client contact strategy tailored to each client's needs.
  4. Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through the review of financial statements, identifying trends, monitoring risk, and assessing for credit restructuring.
  5. Leverage RBC expertise by identifying referral opportunities, making introductions, and providing referrals to RBC partners.

Requirements
  • Business development and client acquisition and prospecting skills.
  • Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Credit skills and knowledge, including risk assessments, financial analyses, credit structuring/solutions, and deal presentations.
  • University degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
