As a Fundraising Manager - Event Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising events that meet or exceed revenue targets, while providing exceptional donor experiences.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary education plus 5-8 years of experience in fundraising and events, or an equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable to the employer.
- A thorough understanding of events and fundraising strategy, efficiency, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in creating, monitoring, and analyzing annual plans and budgets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A results-oriented approach with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Proficient with CRM software, such as Raiser's Edge.
- Ability to thrive in an open concept and fast-paced work environment.
Benefits:
This is a full-time salaried position offering a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and professional development opportunities.
