Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Markham Woodbine Dental. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Patient Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients, respond to their inquiries, and address any concerns.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage patient files, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical or dental office setting.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset.
