Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Markham Woodbine Dental. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Patient Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage electronic medical records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
- Education: College or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a medical or dental reception role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin and Cantonese being an asset.
