Job Title: Operations Specialist

In this exciting role as an Operations Specialist at The North West Company, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our stores by developing and implementing operational strategies that enhance customer experience, improve sales, and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve store performance, customer service, and sales.
  • Train and coach store teams on new processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct regular store audits to measure performance against established standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with store managers to develop corrective action plans to address performance gaps and improve overall store performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving store performance, customer service, and sales.
  • Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop store teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Windows, and Outlook.
