Job Title: Specialist Operations Administrator

Reporting to the Merchandise Sourcing Manager, the Specialist Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the BPS Merchandise Management System (MMS) and SAP. This position is responsible for analyzing and executing the strategic direction of the Category Management team, ensuring accurate and systematic SKU information to better serve the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Specialize in BPS's MMS systems/SAP and applications, using system knowledge to make informed decisions based on interpretation, discretion, and judgment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Distribution & Logistics, and Planning & Inventory teams to align systems and ensure SKUs move as planned through replenishment channels.
  • Design, develop, train, and document modifications to BPS's MMS, including writing SOPs.
Qualifications:
  • 2 to 4 years of administrative work experience.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Spreadsheets (Excel) and Database Management Systems (Access or other query tools) and the ability to analyze and sort large data sets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work within a team as well as cross-functional departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management ability.
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities simultaneously to meet company deadlines.
