Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Scorpius Immigration Services INC., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include opening and distributing incoming mail, scheduling appointments, and supervising staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining our filing system, recording minutes of meetings and court sessions, and determining office procedures. Additionally, you will prepare and review documents, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and set up and maintain our manual and computerized information filing systems.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. You will also need to be proficient in MS Word, MS Office, Quick Books, and other software applications. We are looking for a team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
