About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fraud Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing account data to identify potential risk and fraud indicators, guiding customers through risk-related processes, and working closely with your teammates to improve best practices for fraud prevention and pattern awareness.

As a successful candidate, you will have prior customer service experience and/or investigative work, payments, risk, financial industry or anti-money laundering experience. You will also possess strong analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and monitor account data for indicators of risk and fraud
  • Guide customers through risk-related processes
  • Work with your teammates to improve best practices for fraud prevention and pattern awareness
  • Collaborate with the Development team to improve manual and automated risk detection processes and procedures

You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, combined with strong interpersonal skills, and an empathetic approach to handling accounts and working with customers.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental benefits, a dedicated Health Spending Account, maternity and parental leave, stock options, vacation time, and flexible work location.
