About the Role

As a seasoned Senior Advisor, you will play a crucial role in MD Management Limited's success by contributing to the overall client value performance in Canada. Reporting to the Regional Manager, your primary objective will be to execute specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives that align with the team's business strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with MD clients and their families to understand their personal financial goals and develop comprehensive financial plans to achieve them.
  • In partnership with MD's Specialist Advisors, you will leverage your expertise to prepare tailored investment strategies for clients, identifying opportunities to prospect and grow the client base while ensuring retention through strong relationship building.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You possess a minimum of 5 years' experience providing financial advice within the financial services industry, coupled with a university degree in business, commerce, or financial planning, and hold the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
  • Your portfolio includes IIROC licensure as a Registered Representative (IIROC-RR), including completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), and 90-day training.
  • You also hold Life License (LLQP) and are willing to complete other regulatory requirements.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range is estimated to be between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
