Human Resources Business Partner for Strategic Growth

Maple, a fast-growing health tech company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its People and Culture team. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR business partnering and operational leadership. In this role, you will serve as a strategic HR advisor to designated business units, providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and change management. You will also oversee critical operational HR functions such as benefits administration, payroll, and office management, ensuring these processes are efficient and compliant while contributing to an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results and promote a positive work environment* Collaborate with business unit leaders to embed HR practices into overall business strategy* Provide guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and change management* Oversee benefits administration, payroll, and office management to ensure efficiency and compliance* Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and respect within the organization* Lead strategic HR projects that support business growth and reinforce company culture* Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes* Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage employees and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in HR and/or People Operations. You should possess excellent organizational, execution, change management, presentation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of HR practices, including employee relations, employee engagement, and HR operations. Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis is also required.
