Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in developing HR strategies and guiding the implementation of HR practices across business lines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR plans to meet people-related needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead end-to-end HR projects, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and mitigate risks related to daily employee management.
  • Advocate and promote Hanshow's values, mission, culture, and policies.
  • Support management in conflict resolution and set standards for ethics, values, and culture.
  • Onboard new employees, manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated HR professional with interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
