As a Strategic Events Coordinator for Retail Payments, you will be responsible for planning and organizing various communications activities, managing the Bank's participation in conferences and industry events, preparing and coordinating the production and distribution of communications materials, reviewing vendor billing, and maintaining records in a CRM system.

We are looking for someone with strong oral and written communication skills, who takes initiative, works autonomously, and plans and organizes their work effectively. You should adapt to changing demands and embrace challenges, fostering relationships with external stakeholders and colleagues.

You have experience planning both in-person and virtual events and engagement activities from start to finish. You have experience in dealing with conference and industry event organizations, managing multiple events simultaneously, and working under pressure.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to meet your needs at every stage of your life and career. Salaries range from $69,298 to $81,527 (job grade 14), with additional performance pay for meeting expectations.
