Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Strategist to join our team at Payments Canada.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, analyzing and executing on Emerging Payment Products work packages, including activities for the Real-time Rail (RTR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Industry Relations, Communications, Delivery, Operations, and Risk groups, to achieve successful outcomes and manage interactions proactively.
  • Administrative Coordination: Coordinate stakeholder meetings, prepare high-quality content for executive engagements, and optimize processes to foster team alignment and improve outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Research: Conduct data analysis, develop journey flows, review product designs for user experience, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance user flows and resolve issues.
  • Strategy and Business Development: Drive the development and submission of business cases, oversee the end-to-end process of resolving business issues, and provide thought leadership on product strategy and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five to ten years of progressive work experience in product management, business analysis, or research preferably in the financial sector;

  • An estimated salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience;
