Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our program planning efforts at Fraser Health. As a Program Planning Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and services to support operational improvement priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans to achieve operational improvement priorities
  • Lead the integration of evidence-based systems and tools with program/service improvement initiatives
  • Establish frameworks, plans, and objectives to outline operational improvement initiative outcomes
  • Provide consultation and advice to Program Leadership on quality performance critical incidents and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Develop and implement education plans for quality improvements
  • Facilitate consensus with stakeholders and ensure new or redesigned programs are ready for implementation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline
  • Seven years' recent related clinical experience in a nursing and/or allied health care discipline
  • Five years' recent related experience leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives/projects
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
Competencies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement principles, methods, and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to apply project management and/or quality improvement methodology
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to develop and nurture an environment where quality improvement principles are embraced and used on a continuous basis
