The role of Executive Assistant at Cargojet is a high-level position that requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Reporting directly to the Executive Chairman, you will be responsible for providing confidential administrative support and efficiently managing all facets of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive office.
  • Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Assist in the development of corporate communications/correspondence (internal and external as required).
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with peers, members of the Leadership Team, and external partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and be able to maintain efficient office procedures.
