Overall Responsibility

The Marketing Coordinator will support our dynamic marketing team in Canada. This role will be responsible for assisting with marketing operations, reporting, and administrative tasks; as well as acting as a key liaison between marketing and other departments. The individual will also play a crucial role in coordinating design requests between our in-house designer and external teams.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in marketing. As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience across various marketing functions, and there will be opportunities to focus on specific areas of interest – whether it's social media, influencer marketing, PR, or another specialty.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Coordination

· Assist in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

· Serve as the point of contact for marketing-related requests from other departments, ensuring efficient communication and alignment.

· Support marketing projects and campaigns by tracking timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

· Maintain and update marketing databases, reports, and performance tracking documents.

Administrative Support

· Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and processing invoices.

· Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials as needed.

Design & Creative Coordination

· Manage all incoming design requests from internal teams and departments, ensuring proper briefing and timely execution.

· Act as the liaison between the designer and other departments, prioritising and streamlining creative requests.

· Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all design assets and marketing materials.

What We're Looking For:

· 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin support, or a related role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Interest or background in design, branding, or creative project management is a plus.

· A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
