We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator - Part Time. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Process U.S. Customs documents accurately and efficiently
  3. Manage data entry tasks, including billing information and freight invoices
  4. Verify the accuracy of bills of lading
  5. Perform other duties as required to support the operations team
