Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our CEO in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume meetings and calendar scheduling, coordinating logistics, and preparing reports.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle last-minute changes
- Prepare draft reports, research, and background information for the CEO
- Distribute meeting agendas, take minutes/action items, and follow up on completion
- Manage email flow, ensure timely responses, and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Undergraduate degree or diploma preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to new technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing confidential information and exercising discretion
