We're looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to our Management team. As a key member of our branch, you will ensure the efficient and effective management of our day-to-day operations. Your previous experience as a Sales Assistant in the Investment Industry will be highly valuable in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and reviewing daily branch reports and client correspondence;
  • Taking ownership of project work and ensuring timely completion;
  • Serving as a Branch reference for operational policies & procedures, workstation applications, and IT issues;
  • Providing daily and vacation backup coverage of the reception desk as required;
  • Coordinating with branch marketing initiatives, including client appreciation events and social media;
  • Fostering and supporting client relationships through proactive problem-solving and liaising with clients;
  • Entering trades, opening accounts, and managing documentation requirements;
  • Supporting the Branch Administrator, Assistant Branch Administrator, and Branch Manager with general office administration.


In return, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, RRSP matching, and paid time off. We encourage internal promotion and community involvement.

To qualify for this opportunity, you'll need:
  • 3 or more years of experience in the Investment Brokerage or Financial Services Industry;
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment;
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask;
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
